i currently have a JTree control using the Category class for the child tree nodes. now i would like to add drop support within the DateAreaBean or DateAreaContainer classes to allow a user to select a Category from the JTree control drag it onto the DateAreaBean or DateAreaContainer, drop the Category and create a new Activity.

which class should i extend to add drop support for the JTree, DateAreaBean or DateAreaContainer or _____________? am i attempting to create a class that already exists, ie: can i add a listener to either of these classes to accomplish my goal? any ideas would be great. thnx.
