 MiGLayout causes GUI do lag Hi,
When I add a tab containing lots of components to a JTabbedPane, it takes a while for the tab to be added. When running jvisualvm to profile the application, it appears that about 90% of the time taken to add this tab is spent in MiGLayouts methods.
It takes about a second for the tab to be added. MiGLayout is used quite a few times in the tab which is added (I think 26).
When not using MiGLayout and using standard swing layouts instead, the tab is pretty much added instantly.
Any ideas on what's wrong, and how I might fix it? Do you need more information on this?

If you can make the simplest possible test case that is slow I will have look at it.
I assume you are using the latest version?

Re: MiGLayout causes GUI do lag I'm having trouble reproducing a simple example that causes the same lag, but I will get back to you when I have managed to figure out exactly what the problem is
