Properties for Java 7

For JDK adoption and developers that wants to simplify properties that are dissatisfied with the current JavaBean spec this propsal enhances how properties can be written and reused. Unlike any of the earlier proposals such as Joda-Beans and Bean-Properties this proposal is very small in size, fully implmented with unit tests and actively maintained.

The proposal suggests some language syntax enhancements, but they are not mandatory.
